Excellent Reporting. Thanks for giving us the truth! We only get it from you guys.
Thank you for the great reporting, something lacking in our professional so-called journalists. I have never lost faith in you and I am so proud to be an American because of all of you. You have a loyal and faithful friend here in Michigan.

Great recap and update for your AO. One thing about low opinion polls at times, they tend to build fires under Commanders in Chief to get things done. Our Revolutionary and Civil War histories come to mind. If Washington and Lincoln would have listened to the nay sayers, we'd be under the Union Jack or Stars and Bars now. You guys and now the local Iraqi's have stayed the course and peace should be the prize shortly.

Well, living under the Cross of St Andrew (Stars and Bars) might not be such a bad thing.

But this isn't a forum, its a blog and I am honored to be added to the Fightin'1st's neighborhood. You guys are doing great things for people who have not had great things done for them in a long time. We have your 6 at home. We will always be here for ya'll.

Concretebob, while not a forum it is labled "comments". These guys are doing a great job keeping us posted of the things they are doing to help this city get back on it's feet. Things that probably sound familiar to us. Also, at times I served under the Stars and Bars as some places in a war zone were not allowed to fly the US Flag. It was raised in defiance at certain times, then struck to be replaced by the locals flag. So, the next best thing was the Stars and Bars next to a Vietnamese flag.
